| dc.description.abstract | Zanzibar Presidential Delivery Bureau(ZPDB) partners with a JP Group’s company based in Portugal conducted a two day working session’ workshop on digital transformation in education.The workshop took place from 10th to 11th December 2024 at Water House’s Building at Madema in Zanzibar. Key decision makers from Zanzibar’s ministry of education and vocational training(MOEVT), the State University of Zanzibar (SUZA), Karume Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), Zanzibar Institute of Education(ZIE) were invited to the workshop.JP Group is an international recognized company specialized in Information and CommunicationTechnology (ICT) in education. JP Group has a catalogs of cheap, sustainable and environmental friendly ICT solution caters to education sectors. JP Group offers purposely built easy to constructand erect buildings that can be used as a community learning center, innovation education hub and digital classroom. All the buildings are equipped with the connectivity, solar, digital learning environment and equipments storage. JP Group has partnership with the major ICT companies(e.g Microsoft and Intel) and leading global research universities working together to deliver customized local-based solution covers areas such as manufacturing and fabrication of electronic equipments, ICT devices, training, research and software. | |
